City purchased property from her along Rockport Road for road improvements, along with a ROW option for three years (?). Area is overgrown, one bush is blocking visibility. Who should be taking care of this, and what is the deal on the road plans -- she runs a daycare and wants to put up a fence, but can't until the city tells her what they're going to do and where she can put the fence.
South Lincoln St, South of Dodds, has overgrown bushes that are blocking the right of way, making it necessary to walk out around them.
Complaint that surrounding neighbors of 1402 W 8th St. having problems with rats entering their properties. Complainant reported that an old car and an old school bus has been parked in the back yard for 1-2 years at 1402 W. 8th. Complainant also reported that a "dumpster-person" was evicted from 1322 W. 8th St., but that property is now vacant and clean.
missed trash
Person dumped lots of trash in the dumpster behind the Waffle House Restaurant . Ms. Simon reported that the dumpster is full of carpet, etc. She also found some mail with the name Ms. Paula Wilburn, 5481 Woodyard Road, Blgtn.
Citizen is BPD officer. There is a field with trees that are growing into the road which makes walking and driving difficult at Grandview Drive at the Smith Road entrance.
Citizen was referred by Lee Huss regarding dead tree in the NW corner of this lot, which is apparently in the city ROW for Clifton Ave. Says Huss turned in work order to have tree removed in February. She wants to make sure that it is on the schedule and know when it will be done.
Old furniture and debris on front porch, front lawn is unmowed.
This complaint is against Fountain Park Apts., Building Q. The voltage is too high, there are matches laying around, termites are eating up the bark. The fire dept. phoned this over to us, as she approached them first.
