Hello. I am uncertain who to direct these two questions. Would you please forward them to whom could answer them. Scooters being stolen all over the City. We need to set up. Bait scooters and Catch these Thieves. They ruin people's li es and Jobs due to when they steal them, they take away so much from the person. Most are not being found due to the theifs not being found and prosecuted. Please,Please look into this. Sincerely a former scooter theft victim. P.s. I commend the officers that found my scooter and am Greatly pleased how they were in the right time at the right place. More officers should be more like the ones I came into contact with! Erica

9th Street Park: Says there is dog poop all over the park - she is tired of cleaning it off her kids shoes. So upset over this, she has talked to dog owners who don't pick up - showed them the disposal areas, etc. Was told today "it is better I let him poop here rather than in someone's yard." Wants to know if anything can be done to these rude people.
