Old wooden garage next to alley is falling apart. Children have been seen going in and out of it. Caller is afraid one of them will get hurt

Traffic by the Library project is terrible. Need to limit/prohibit parking on Grant Street across from Pygmalion's. It's to narrow. Construction often blocks 6th, 7th, and Grant at the same time. When 6th is blocked, cars must go the wrong way to exit the Library parking lot. Construction people should be reminded not to block all three streets at once. Can construction workers be given permits for Zone so that they don't have to park on Grant.
