Report of overgrown grass at 400 S. High St. Reports have been made before but yard has only been mowed once since last year. Believes owner is living out of the state.
Pearl Patton, 339-6960, same caller about other trash complaints. The trash is along Madison behind her house. Pearl said you can call her and she will show you where the trash is. Doris said she would go with you.
