Customer wants to know when CBU will be putting concrete around 3 storm drains, one is located on Westminster, and 2 on Buckingham.

rainwater is washing away soil from under his driveway from the work we did on spriggs,
BPD reports metal plates are off construction site at 10th & College and need to be put back on.
I had a voice mail stating that the caller was apparently transferred to the wrong department but perhaps I could send information to appropriate department. The caller stated that they were calling regarding the street cut on College just south of 10th Street. Caller advised the "road cut was absolutely ridiculous" and "needs to be fixed". There was no name/number left on voice mail.
Customer left voice mail asking that Tom Axsom call her in regard to storm sewer in Elm heights
Customer was concerned about water running down the road on west 2nd, between b-line trail and Rogers Street.
Complaint of raw sewage coming from 921 W. 9th St. flowing into John St. Speak with complaintant at 922 W. 8th St.

She said that is greatest number of deer she has seen in her neighborhood at one time and she found it unsettling. She advised that she did not want a call back, but wants "someone to do something." I did not speak to Dukes directly; instead, this concern was relayed to me from another City department. She said this afternoon a neighbor's dog chased a group of 10 deers into her backyard. That is the most she has ever seen at one time and she found it unsettling. The caller's name is Susan Dukes and her address is 3620 Homestead Drive. She said she doesn't want a call back, she just wants "someone to do something." The sidewalk has not be cleared at 300 N. Park Ridge Road.
At Linglebach lane and Union, the road is falling in around the storm grate.
