Police Department Dispatch received phone call concerning trash out behind business, in the creek, seems to be debris from the homeless.
trash throughout property, particularly near homeless encampment, around old Kmart store
trash overflowing in yard, needles in yard, smell developing, "used by the homeless"
Excessive growth, mosquito problem, homeless people living in building and by bridge
yard has piles of trash spilling out into other properties, believes homeless people ar living on it
Property next door, appears abandoned, door open, becoming an issue with the homeless and wild animals.
Alley way off of N Monroe St between 11th & 12th St is full of trash & litter. Also a homeless encampment is located in the same area.
trash in lot, appears as though homeless people were there, stuffed animals and blankets, complaintant states this is an entry way into Bloomington and is not what we wish to project
Mary Friedman originally emailed the Office of the Mayor January 14th, 2016 complaining that this property had been abandoned for the last 5 years. At that time coyotes were living in the home. However, she emailed again October 19th, 2016, saying the property is now being occupied by a group of homeless people.
