One time courtesy pick up was approved for resident. LS went out to pick up and noted that there was no recycling out at the time.

So I applied for a gun/concealed carry permit. I paid the fee, then got my fingerprints. They told me to go to a sheriff so I went to the sheriff's office at 301 N College Ave. They said I had to go to the office on 3rd street. I went there and the building was closed so I could not complete my application. What do I need to do from here?
