Hello, I’m writing to request assistance with picking up a tree that was downed on my property. I have already cut the tree into manageable pieces and placed the debris by the side of the road in front of my yard, ready for pickup. There are bits of styrofoam all over the place

There is still a trip hazard on the overpass, adjacent to the convention center, near the steps. Sometimes there’s a cone over it but the cone goes away. Sometimes there’s a broken cover which is better than nothing. But now there’s nothing at all.
