Cars were drag racing Saturday night on S. College Mall Road. This isn't the first time. Traffic is heavy on S. College Mall Road and drag racing is not only very dangerous, but the noise disturbs the residents.
The Duke Energy power line at this address has a dozen pair of shoes hanging off it putting service in my neighborhood at risk. Please have Duke remove them.
The residents of this address have multiple dogs that are not contained or secure on their property when the dogs are outside. The dogs have come onto our property and accosted our outside cats--most recently on 23NOV2025 at 10:50pm.
Greetings, as it seems that neighborhood lights were upgraded recently, can the intensity be decreased? I observed the effect of light's intensity on my front gardens, which did not receive sufficient dark period during the warmer season. A neighbor has purchased darkening curtains. I have switched which bedroom I sleep in rather then hanging dark material. The glare is obnoxious for many of us. Thank you for any information that you can share.

Lights out of sync
There is a broken utility cover in this area, leaving a hole in the ground. I have placed a cone over the top of the hole to try to prevent anyone from accidentally stepping into the hole. It needs to be repaired ASAP. It appears to me to be a telecommunication type box that was recently installed during the City’s Fiber installation.
