Subject: Overgrown Vegetation Blocking Sightlines and Pedestrian Safety Near Bus Stop The bushes and trees along the property line are overgrown and have created a safety hazard for school children who are dropped off at the nearby bus stop and walk along the sidewalk. This is a congested area for both pedestrians and vehicles, especially during school pick-up and drop-off times. The overgrown foliage obstructs the view of drivers turning in and out of the apartment driveway, as well as drivers approaching the intersection. This condition significantly reduces visibility and obstructs a clear sight-triangle. In the 300 block of E 19th St, there are NO "no parking" signs, and NO yellow curbs. As the students return to the area they just park as they want causing traffic issues. There is no way an emergency vehicle can get through the area as the road is blocked by parked cars.

Two abandoned shopping carts located on the sidewalk running on the south side of Winslow. These are full of belongings and have been here for the past two days, blocking the path.

There is a street light going out in front of the Montessori School on Highland.
