Brawley "For Rent" signs in ROW along 7th Street, Lincoln (400 N. block), Walnut (400 N. block), and Washington (500 N. block). Also on 10th near Grant that might be in ROW, but difficult to determine since they have taken over the whole street.
Trash piled up by street. Porch and yard already a mess just two days after they moved in. Upholstered furniture (and grill!) on porch. American flag hanging upside down.

Overgrown grass and weeds
The speed limit sign on Longview at the intersection is too close to Pete Ellis. When Transit buses are turning, the side mirror of the vehicle makes contact with the sign if the bus is in its lane. Please move sign further east to alleviate the hazard.
Grass is excessively high and not maintained especially in backyard… rats have been spotted and needs cleaned up
