Storm ditch is clogged and full of rain water in front of his home, and up and down the street on both sides.

The acceptance Insurance co has several yard card temp signs in front of site.
Arby's has placed several balloons onsite
Shoe Carnival has placed a banner on the wall of the building above the entrance without an approved permit. The banner is larger than the 16 square feet allowed by code and would not be permitted.
Liberty Tax has people standing in ROW with signs again
