Poplar tree on S.W. corner of Wilson & Stull drops leaves all over yard of house close by. 1301 has "conditions of approval to pave drive-way" that have not been met. Public Works received complaint from Bob Branam of 1219 S. Stull who has stone from 1301 washing into the drainage ditch in front of his house. Causes flooding to his yard & home every time it rains. See attch'd for more info.
