The roof of this house has holes as large as beachballs, with racoons coming and going through them. Check the SW corner of the roof.

Flickering outdoor lights from raccoon and water damage. Large holes in roof. Excessive growth, fabric curtains in front porch make this house a hazard. There is an open report on this home for over 200 days with Mike Arnold. Nothing has been find and the neighborhood is aware of the city report having been filed. This house is a violation of many city codes and nothing is being done.

Regarding the new trash pickup system, what payment arrangements will be in effect for a resident like me who travels a lot for business? I am out of Bloomington for at least 4 months of the year, when I will have no trash for pickup. MMcG
