Excessive growth. Front yard weeds shoulder high. Open compost bin. I had a rat in my garage. Never even had a mouse in my house. I believe the rats are coming from their property.. Compost bin is close to the neighbors to the south of their property.
Excessive growth both yards to north and south of their driveway. Excessive growth hangs out in roadway. Compost bin south of driveway is not covered or enclosed. Rats!
Grass is a foot high and has not been cut since last year. This is a rental that is for sale. Please make sure the landlord/owners are notified, as the tenants are not responsible for mowing and should not be penalized.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. There's a yard that needs mowed at 1912 S. Rogers. It's hard to see traffic coming from the north when we pull out from Chambers Drive.
