The house at 2615 Rockport looks abandoned. Construction/repairs was being done on it but a large branch fell into the house in the back and now has a large hole in the roof. For multiple months there has been an eye-searingly bright yellow box truck with phallic graffiti parked at this address. Are commercial vehicles allowed to park for extended periods of time in residential neighborhoods?

Following up on case #189419. The truck is still there and has been for over a year. There has been no work on the property in over 2 weeks, power has been disconnected, and the backyard is filled with trees from the recent storm. Is it possible at all to have the eye-searingly yellow truck with the phallic graffiti removed?
