There is a pair of shoes over a power line in our street. I would like to have this removed, or to be able to contact the person who could remove it safely for us. I want our neighborhood to be a safe one.

Boarded up home at 1017 S. Walnut is equipped with a very loud alarm system with a rotating light that goes off about every 5 minutes. Police have check on the property at least twice with no sign of a break-in. Alarm system is creating noise pollution that makes it unpleasant for neighbors to be outside or have their windows open.

Used drug needles have been thrown in my yard. How do I dispose of these and is there any city government agency that cleans this up. They are located on the Woodlawn side of the property.
