hello. i'm confused about when yard waste pickup happens. for the last three mondays (my pickup day is monday) i have put my yard waste out but it hasn't been picked up (and no notice has been left indicating that there's a reason why it can't be picked up). has yard waste pickup not been happening? i unfortunately can't keep bringing it in and out, so i've left it out for now. thanks for looking into this issue!

There has been a shopping cart on my property for over a week now. I was told by a police officer to put a note on it with my trash and the City would take care of it. I did that on Sunday evening, but the cart is still on the sidewalk.
