There are rats. The burrows are being baited. The person that is doing the baiting said it would help the situation if the brush was cut.

sticks, tree debris, piled up as if for trash,
Caller says debris from large tree in yard. Trash in back yard- cans, bottles, etc - visible from 1st Street. Siding falling off house.
Received voice-mail complaint regarding trash and parking on the lawn. She has called several times.
Trash on front lawn; garage full of trash; caller says that the neighborhood had a recent rat problem.
rat problem since May, had big rat problem 4-5 years ago sources believed to be (1)709 S. Anita Street, (2)713 S Clifton Ave, (3)706 S. Rose Ave, with (2)&(3) being dilapadated, all three addresses being overgrown with weeds, or piles of compost -- possibly dog food left outdoors
Lots of rats in the neighborhood; trash piled in the back of 709 S. Anita, and 706 S. Rose Ave. Some neighbors also have compost piles which might also be attracting the rats.

There is a old refrigerator in the front yard at the corner of Clifton/1st Street. This is the best address she could come up with.
