Using lawn as a parking lot-has noticed several different cars on different days.
This property is directly south of a walking/biking path on City property. The tenants of 501 Park at the opening of the path. She spoke to the tenants and they said they have permission from the city. The path runs east- west (where Hunter skips a block)along the drainage ditch.
