Sidewalk on 2nd St. (by 601 S. Woodlawn Ave.) impassable due to overgrowth of ivy & bushes. Corners of 2nd & Woodlawn.
Trash.
400 block of S. Grant - east side of street. Sidewalk overgrown & cannot walk down, must walk in street. PLEASE NOTE CORRECT ADDRESS & UPDATE DATABASE.
MS. ROBBINS FEELS THAT THE METHOD USED TO ASSESS WATER AND SEWER BILLS IN SUMMER AND EARLY IS UNFAIR. SHE FEELS CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE GIVEN A BREAK ON THE BILLING FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER ALSO.

Water has bad taste & odor.
Taste and odor of water is bad. Tests performed by Dillman Lab all indicate water is of good quality. May be related to turn over of Lake Monroe waters.
Bush obstructing view at above location especially if traveling west on Hunter.
Garbage piled up on east side of house. SHe requests that tenants store trash at rear of house so she doesn't have to look at it. Trash has also drawn rats. Owner: David Kamen.
