courtesy pick up. was putting trash into make shift dumpster thinking we would empty dumpster every week. was all tagged. resident made aware that they need to set it curbside.

I don't know if this should go under Title VI because it is tree limbs. The resident stated that the limbs came down in the storm a couple of weeks ago and are just laying in the yard. They are pretty big in size and are very unsightly.
