Residents do not use trash tags, leave bags of trash laying around and it strews all over the neighborhood. It's always a mess. Problem has been going on since 1989. Landlord should be made to put a stop to it.

Monday/ Missed pick-up/recycling: Part of recycling was picked up the newspaper & cardboard was not picked up, no notice left. She didn't know if truck was full & they would come back.
