Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there. COMPLAINS THE ALLEY BEHIND 808 IS OVERGROWN; MOSQUITO & OTHER ANIMAL INFESTED; UGLY; UNSIGHTLY; A MESS; A WET BOG; AND A HEALTH ISSUE.
