It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. The property next to my home has not had the yard cut in a very long time. It’s only been cut once this spring/summer. I reported this a few weeks ago and it has still not been cut. I have attached one picture. Thanks for your help in getting this addressed and resolved.
I live nearby and the owner of this property rarely cuts the grass. I believe it’s only been cut once this summer and only 50% of the yard was cut then. Weeds everywhere and the height is well above eight inches. Please make them cut the grass on a consistent basis. Thank you!
