2nsd complaint for property, different source, wanted to register complaint that he has been cited by parking enforcement for briefly having vehicle on street during summer at low traffic and being aggresively policed, whereas the trash issue goes on for two to three weeks without any response. Someone has left a Lime Scooter in the drainage swale outside 705 S. Clifton Ave. It risks blocking drainage and is also partly on private property.
