Car with flat tire has been sitting on South Dunn Street for several days. Parked in a manner that limits the amount of cars that can park around it
Elevator inspection expired in 2019.
car parked on sidewalk
Dead tree limb broke off and is now lying in roadway
The road is almost completely inaccessible in front of the big apartment building here because cars are lining both sides of the street, even though there is only parking on one side of the street. Probably move in day in the building or something, but no excuse for lax parking rules. There was also a huge brown RV parked idling on the sidewalk, spewing fumes everywhere - and since someone kept the front door open, I'd imagine the whole building reeks of fumes, the entire street outside certainly does. I had to turn in the alleyway here to get around this street because I couldn't fit my car through the double parked cars. [Note: this was approx 20 mins ago, but I'd imagine the cars at least are still there.] Thanks for quick response, Roger
Alley entry off 2nd Street right before the edge of the garage opening has a large pothole forming
Pavilion Properties building elevator permit expired on 10/15/2024. It has not been renewed as per Indiana DHS website (which is publicly accessible and can be accessed if you know the building's address) as of 11:21am on 12/23/2024. I checked it because the doors made loud clunking noises when traversing down, and I had to hit the button multiple times (or hit it extremely hard) in order for it to go up. It should be the apartment complex owner's responsibility to ensure permits are up to date - members of the public shouldn't have to remind them to do this. [I am not a tenant of this building (hence why this is not under the "rental complaint" section), but my friend is, and I noticed that the permit posted in the elevator showed it was expired when I visited him recently. I checked the website to verify.]
