The small car on the left of the photo is parking on the grass. It is an ongoing problem for years at this property. Planning has a file. There is supposed to be railroad ties to mark the parking but the tenants and mowers move them. A call has been made to Planning today.

At the intersection of E. 2nd St. and S. Woodlawn Ave., Westbound traffic is frequently running or failing to stop at the stop sign due to A tree obscuring the stop sign’s visibility. Parking on Unimproved Surface

This corner house usually has a piece of wood to mark where parking is supposed to be. Now gone or moved. From the alley there should be two tandem spots on the right and one nest to it on the left. Right now they white truck is completely on the grass and the silver car mostly on the grass. I don't blame the tenants the owner never tells them every year. Can someone go by and tell them the place the RR beams go or call the owner. Preferably before the grass dies again? Thank you,!
