This car has been torn apart and on jacks for days. It's an eyesore and a hazard the jack nugget needs to keep his crap off of the already crowded streets in the Fritz Terrace hood.
Recycling was picked up but the bin is also gone. Needs a replacement. Wanted to know if he could have a larger recycle bin, but if it's more money then just give him a normal sized one.

Street light is out ar 3551 n kinser pike, south of this address on pole 168-133. Street light is starting and stopping regularly during the night pole 168-134.
Very overgrown front yard. Backyard never has been cut. Also dog inside home now barking excessively through an open window with AC unit in it.
Please conduct an animal (dogs) wellness check - dogs are whining in garage, and I'm not sure anyone occupies this home. These animals may not have food or water. I believe there are possibly 2 pit bulls so use caution.
