The grass is never cut and all of the neighbors would like to have something done.

Grass is waist high; dog tied up (approx. 5' chain) on the porch; small boy (approx. 3yrs. old) goes out and plays in the yard.....dog feces, snakes, insects,etc....
Sewer backup.
The grass in the backyard is waist high in some spots. Caller described it as a "jungle".
The grass has not been mowed this year. It is like this every year. Someone needs to also walk around the back of the property, the weeds and bushes are so bad that snakes are going to start coming out.

Residents have been accumulating trash along the side of the house for a month.
This was given to the Engineering Department via Risk Management. There is a line of sight problem at the northeast corner of Clark Street & 8th Street. Clark Street stops for 8th. It is difficult for people travelling south on Clark to see oncoming traffic going west on 8th Street due to the shrubs on the northeast corner.
Wants us to check the size of the line and type of material out of the pit.
