The pedestrian walk between Jefferson and Roosevelt where Fourth St. would be if it continued between these two streets is partially blocked at the Jefferson end by vegetation, including a young redbud tree. I reported this about a month ago, and nothing has been done. Could someone at least please tell me if and when the walk is going to be cleared, and if not, why not? As far as I know, it's a public walkway.

Alley between Union and Bryan, just north of 5th is barely passable in a small passenger car due to vehicles poorly parked in the alley. One of the vehicles is a yellow VW Bug.

One and sometimes two cars are parked on the unimproved shoulder of the street preventing cars from easily passing. The south bound lane is obstructed by this parking.

Blue sedan-type vehicle parked in the roadway, making it hard to traverse. There are also several cars parked on the roadway along N Hillsdale Drive, which makes travel difficult - especially around the traffic light.
