Residents living at 212 E. Cottage Grove have been parking their vehicles on the lawn at the rear of 622 N. Washington St. (Complainant's rental property), causing lots of mud.

There are always cars parked in the yard. Renters drive through the yard to the alley which has now made a road in the yard.
Vehicles parking on grass
A boat has been parked on 9th Street between Washington and Walnut (closer to Walnut) for the past few weeks, and they have not seen it moved the whole time its been parked there.
Tenants are parking on the grass of the front and side yards at 612 and 616 N Washington. It is not an improved surface and they have been parking there daily.
