Has the BEST sanitation crew ever, however, he believes the crews didn't see his trash because it was sitting a bit behind his mailbo and was missed. He has moved it out so its easier to see now.

phoned in stating we missed trash. snedegar construction had cul-de-sac blocked off doing excavating work; unable to get through to pick up. resident phoned p.w.d, mayor, my office to complain. got trash on 10/1. resident was only one on cul-de-sac who had anything setting out to be picked up; had stated we missed whole block.
