Excessive trash, open containers and on ground.
Excessive trash, open containers and on ground.
Excessive growth, trash in back yard.
A tenant in this house regularly drives the wrong way on 11th Street. To get to the parking spot in back, the approach should be from Washington (from the west) but instead she takes what she has decided is a convenient shortcut from Lincoln. This has caused near collisions multiple times with pedestrians who are walking on 11th street (which for some reason has no sidewalks in this block). Each time, she flippantly squeals, "Oh, sorry!" as if she didn't know better, even though she has been given a talking to about this several times. It is clearly marked "One Way" towards the east. Can the police give someone a ticket for something they did not actually witness? What is the best approach when entitled undergraduates regularly violate traffic regulations because they are inconsiderate, selfish, and feel the rules don't apply to them? This is a Chickering rental.
Between 211 and 217 E. 10th Street there is an overgrowth that is blocking the sidewalk. I tried to upload a photo but it won't go through.
Large Weeds in front of home. Tall Grass not cut. Would like a notice to send to owners of property as rentals can’t do anything.
One way sign at the end of the alley and 8th Street behind the Elks on Walnut has been damaged. As of 4:30pm, 3/26/24.
Please check the west side of this property (out back, along the alley) for trash violations. There are several overflowing trash bins that have been sitting there. It doesn't look like the tenants know to move them to the street on trash day.
Shoes are hung on power lines and need to be removed please.
Address correction to case #187475.
Tenants storing trash bins on sidewalk (Cottage Grove side), hindering pedestrian traffic.
