Vicky, About two weeks ago I talked to you about a problem in Highland Village the address was 4536 middle Court. The people were throwing there trash out the back door of the house and the crowns were coming to the back yard and eating. At that time you were going to call the health department. The next door neighbor was at the neighborhood meeting last Monday nite and indicated they had not been out and she had called the health department back twice but didn't return her call. The neighbors name was Jo Cozire 4526 Middle Court PH# 339-3260. I was wondering if you could contact the health department again.

I recently bought a house on W Middle Ct, and there is a large dip in the road right in front of my driveway, so that most sedans would scrape their car coming in and out of the driveway. The problem is that the road dips dramatically in front of the driveway (not that the end of the driveway is at the wrong level). Other houses in the neighborhood seem to have had a similar issue and filled in the gap with cement (I’m not sure if they did it themselves or if the city did it). Is this something you guys can fix? Legally can I pour cement there myself since it’s a public road?
