This rental house across the street from us has had two mattresses leaned up against the house by the garage for quite a long time being exposed to the elements and likely a habitat for vermin. More recently, someone has dumped a mattress from the Bypass that sits on the steep hill at the end of our Fritz Drive culdesac. Can HAND cite the rental property owner about the mattresses at the residence? And can Sanitation do something to remove the mattress dumped from the Bypass?

The house located at 2231 N. Martha Street is zoned residential single-family (RS), in the Matlock Heights historic district, but it is being used as a fraternity house (Aloha Kappa Lambda), with attendant problems (noise violations, traffic, trash, etc.). This would seem to be a violation of the city’s zoning ordinance.

The resident at 2231 is not removing their bloomington trash containers from the street. they use 4-6 containers and they keep them on the street during the entire week. this was already reported as per below.
