Traffic on Patterson crossing Rogers is backed up. The East/West light has always been too long, but with Tapp closed, it is even worse. North/South traffic could have a longer green without interrupting other lights.

There is a tree that broke to the North side of the New Hope Roof building. The neighbor says it is not on their property so it might be on a city alley. Please confirm if this is a city responsibility.

Streets around the old hospital have been neglected in snow plowing. There are elderly residents who live in the area and an ambulance has been called in at least one instance with the snow. Residents would like the streets to be clear of snow.
