Dry grate with inches of water around it. At least part of this grate is above grade so there is 2-3 inches of standing water after every rain. The sidewalk and yard get soaked by passing cars and there is usually standing water in the intersection that never drains, just eventually evaporates

Rev. Ernest D. Butler Park Park side near the baseball diamond, at the corner of 9th and Williams Street Several member of the gym at 417 S. Elm Street run on 9th Street early in the morning. This light has been on and off for sometime now. It is dark outside early in the morning and we would appreciate it very much if the light could be fixed to be on when it is dark out Rev. Ernest D. STORM DEBRIS We piled storm debris off the ally behind the house. It is by the electrical pole, off the alley, outside of the fence, behind the house 1131 W 8th St
