Hello, Yesterday I wrote in to tell you that I am having difficulty selling my house at 1221 W. 6th street because the neighboring house to the east is abandoned and derelict. The near west side is a nice burgeoning neighborhood that is suffering due to the negligent care of this property. I did not mention that it is also filled with pests (namely rats) but also the backyard is overgrown with bamboo. It is a haven for Racoons and other critters. Hello, there is excessive growth and illegal dumping behind my house at 1221 West 6th street. Someone has thrown a toilet back there. You can easily access the area via an alley way to the parking area behind the houses on Kirkwood. Thank you for your attention to this area. -J
