There is a homeless person sleeping in the bridge/walkway from the 4th Street parking garage. They are wearing charcoal colored jeans, appear to have a white undershirt and a black one over it. He had his head covered with a black zip-up hoodie, so I couldn't see his face.

There is a man sleeping the in skywalk from the 4th street parking garage to the Fountain Square building. Buzzed black hair, mixed race, red shirt, gray sweats and tennis shoes.

Tenants of CFC Properties in Fountain Square are calling us to complain about sleeping homeless. I have already submitted a ticket around 7:43 AM today with the guy's description. I have been asked to send in another ticket, so I apologize for the redundancy.

The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. The manhole cover for the sewer on W 7th Street close to Elm is not secured. I stepped on it and it moved under me and I almost fell in the hole.
