This is a rental. There is a huge, dead bush in the back of her yard. It is collecting trash and there are mice and raccoons. She does not want to cause problems for her landlord. She would like for someone to give her a call after they look at the site.

Residents tear trash stickers in half and stick on the trash. Sanitation doesn't pick up their trash, so there sits 4 cans and 3 bags of trash.
There is trash that has been sitting out since Moday (trash day), but apparently there are no stickers on the bags.
