Residents were late sitting their garbage out, so it wasn't picked up. The bag is still there and animals have broken the bag open and scattered trash.

Above address is Cha Cha clothing store. Sanitation reports that Cha Cha has been using the public trash cans to dispose of commercial trash. This causes the cans to fill up so that they can't be used as intended, for pedestrians.
TENANTS DO NOT PUT TRASH OUT FOR PICKUP. TRASH ACCUMULATES IN BACKYARD. TREE LIMBS IN FRONT YARD ON THE GROUND, TRASH IN FRONT YARD.
Rotting garbage thrown out back door, was in trash bags, but they have been eaten open by vermin, which is now present in the neighborhood.
