The alley behind the Von Lee- our place of business and client entry way is in terrible shape- it seems bad enough that the park is overflowing with the homeless situation/loitering and then the alley is like walking on the moon. The Pavement needs attention-Happy to chat if someone wants to chat. 812-219-7691
Parking Enforcement asked me to write a letter to this location.
Vehicle(s) parking in rear yard. City curb painted blue restricting parking providing access to vehicle(s) to drive over curb and sidewalk to access site.
The address for this issue is at 302 E. 7th st. The picture that I’m including shows the tenants at this house are coming North on 200 N Lincoln st driving over the curb/Sidewalk and driving through their yard and sometimes parking in the back yard.
Following up on UReport #178307 Residents are still driving over the curb and on the sidewalk and through the yard on 200 N. Lincoln as the picture shows and parking in the yard.
New tenants at 800 and/or 806 N. Lincoln have been parking in and blocking E/W alley that is between the houses.
I got a ticket for parking in a yellow zone which I understand why I would get a ticket for that, but the paint was so chipped that you could barely see the yellow line and it was also late at night. This area is not well lit and I could not see that there was a yellow line.
Your system is flawed. I’m entirely convinced no one reads the parking ticket appeals because you just want to abuse the college students and you love to abuse your power
In reference to case number 161348. I still have not gotten a response and submitted on 9/28. This is a hinderance since I still do not have parking due to the discrepencies between your website and the map hanging in the parking dept. office.
