Hi, My roommate and I have been experiencing skin problems (i.e. dryness, flaking and a lot of sudden acne when we both have never had acne) for the past couple weeks and we have ruled out any other changes we have made. We were notified by our landlord that the city of Bloomington was making changes in the water system, and when we went home out of state for a week, the skin problems resolved. Lack of hot water
The water in this building has a very strong sewage smell. I understand hard water and mineral smell and taste but the smell of this water is concerning.
Water smells stale, water is discolored, cloudy and sputters out of kitchen sink faucet.

There are a lot of rocks on the edges of the road on both sides in this block. Looks like they are from a recent construction project that was not cleaned up afterwards, and they look like they are too big for the street-cleaning machines to pick up.
Fiber-optic people bored a hole through the street, then filled it up with gravel instead of asphalt. Now, the gravel has washed away and there is a hole that someone could step in and trip. It is close to the scooter corral on the SW corner of Grant/Cottage Grove.
Cylindrical hole about 4" radius drilled into street by fiber-optic workers and left unfilled. Dangerous area because there are no sidewalks along at that location, so people are forced to walk on the street. Hole is closest to SW corner of intersection. Ankle-breaker!
City tree branch fell on property of 403 E. Sixth Street, damaged gutter. Branch needs removal.
