The residents throw trash from the second floor. You can see it from the road and at 12th and Park
There is a relatively large water meter lid (maybe 18" in diameter) that is crooked and now stuck in an awkward position. It is located on the east side of Park about 40' south of 12th Street along the ROW. Since there are no longer buildings at this location (it might have served the old laudromat), it's possible this meter is no longer being used. If so, maybe the pit should be filled in. The way it is now, someone could trip on it or step into it or an animal could fall in and get stuck. It has been loose for at least several years and we have repositioned the lid every time it became uncentered, but this time it is locked in place and we cannot (meaning, we do not want to try to) fix it.
South side of 819 N Grant. Overgrown tree blocking sidewalk.
Construction going on in back yard. No permit posted in an obvious place. Large excavation done against foundation. No supports in place and pit is dark at night. Drunks could fall in at night.
Trash bins in street
Trash piled up against front of house, and large construction toxic waste container has been sitting in front yard for weeks.
Trash and/or recycling bins sitting by street
There is a 2 by 1 foot pothole that was intentionally dug in the alley that runs behind the property. So the pothole is between the property and the Hutton Honors College. Don't know if the city or party that dug it was looking for pipes or what, but the hole has been there for almost two weeks unfilled. There are 6 parking spots all in a row behind the property. The pothole is dug in such a way that it is directly behind a parking spot making the spot unusable. Also, when the pothole was initially dug there was already a car in the parking spot. The pothole was dug directly behind the tires of the car making it impossible to avoid when the car backed out. May want to instruct crews or whichever party was responsible not to do that. Pothole should not be hard to spot. Please let me know at the email address provided when to expect the pothole to be filled and if there is any other info you need Thank You
Large potholes from previous pipe work in the alley behind the Hutton Honors College. Some are large enough to cause damage to cars driving over them.
