The line of sight problem is at the intersection of Heather Drive and the east leg of Laurel Court. When you travel south on Laurel Court and approach the intersection with Heather Drive, there is no stop sign on the right side and the stop sign on the left side is obstructed by tree branches. Please see attached letter.
Citizen is wheelchair bound, uses BT access. Says recent switch to computerized system requires that she be picked up too early and gets her to work and therapy 40 minutes too early. Says previous system worked perfectly, she got there right on time. Says she is not the only user unhappy with new computer system, that it is inconvenient for others as well. Wants to go back to her previous pick-up time.

There are always cars parked in the yard. The property looks like a used car lot.
