Citizen says after trash/recycling pickup on Tuesday her cans and bins were scattered all over and, broken glass was left in the street and a non-accepted piece of plastic was thrown in the yard. J.A. explained that often these things happen after the crew leaves, but we would make them aware of it.

Location of your Problem: 901 W 4th Street
Details: The property has overgrown bushes, weeds, and trees surrounding it, which are unsightly. Also, some foliage hangs over the alley (Waldron Street, directly south of 4th), blocking access, and scraping cars that pass by. The grass in back and along side the alley is frequently very long and unsightly. This property stands out, in what is otherwise a nice area of W. 4th Street.
