The corner house on 4th and Jackson streets has fireplace logs in the middle of the sidewalk. They have been there now for over a week. Also, the house on Jackson, next door, the owner planted trees in the alley.
Bags and cans must have a sticker attached.
the alley in the 500 block of west 4th St. on the north side is becoming overgrown and thus catching lots of litter. Really begining to look trashy.
