Mrs. Friedman stated that the house located at 803 W. Kirkwood has piled a lot od debris on her property located @ 801 W. Kirkwood and 108 S. Maple. She would like someone to talk to the the people at this address and get the debris removed so her contractor can start work. She would like a call back after the inspector talks to the residents.

This is the 2nd week in a row his trash has been missed. He wonders why, is he doing something wrong. he has 45 & 55 gal can setting out for pick up; has been given 3 courtesy dumps by crew; they left notices for resident. he chose not to comply so they left trash after 3 attempts

Spoke to neighbor (112 S. Maple) the residents of 803 W. Kirkwood have trash in yard and overflowing from shed. Owner gave permission to come on his property to see the trash.

woman dumps garbage out kitchen window, towards back end of house, says it's compost: consists of eggs, pizza, dinner rolls,tomatoes, sandwiches, burritoes, just plain garbage. Attracts bugs, animals, etc.Complaint in rental file.
