Hello, I work at Teach and Play ABA and it’s owned by Sara Shrivastav. She sent us an email in regards to the fire safety issues that she was made aware of and she hasn’t any intentions of making changes as of right now. I’m concerned because we’ve already had a fire in the facility and it was very poorly handled. I’m worried for the safety of myself, coworkers and children at the facility. She wrote us an email saying we are not allowed to let you in the building and it’s just very concerning to me. She has already opened two more facilities and they also don’t have sprinklers or fire alarms and I ultimately just want to make sure we’re in a safe environment. I’m also not sure if it’s structurally sound. She did a lot of the remodeling by herself so if there’s anyway someone could check that and make sure things are up to standard because she had mercury lightbulbs which caused the first fire, I would really appreciate that. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns regarding this matter.

I am an employee of Teach and Play ABA owned by Sara Shrivastav and I am aware that she has been told that she needs to put sprinklers and fire alarms in the facility for our safety and the children’s safety, but she has still not done that and as far as I know she has no plans to and is not taking it seriously. We have already had a fire in the building and there was 0 plan in place and was not done up to standard which makes me very concerned for the safety of myself and the children we serve. If you’re able to come as soon as possible I would appreciate that. I am choosing to submit anonymously because I don’t want to risk losing my job for reporting, but it is a safety issue that I believe needs to be addressed immediately. Traffic using the stretch of South Park Ridge Rd between Morningside Drive and E 46 is consistently traveling at a very high rate of speed. This has always been an issue and now compounded with additional traffic utilizing this pass due to the temporary closure of E46 and Smith Rd. Attempting to back out of my driveway safely has become a real problem as there is a slight curve north of my driveway which creates a bit of a blind spot. Wondering if there can be some sort of traffic calming structures, caution lights or something that will help deter the speed of the traffic through this stretch. Thank you.

Storm Drainage system at corners of Sheffield with Cambridge and Providence aren't sufficient and often are overwhelmed during heavy rains. This happens even without them being clogged.

I think the house is 522. You will know it when you see it. There are two vehicles parked in the street. One is a silver Honda van. The other is a gold Altima. Both have flat or almost flat tires. The Altima has been there for a year or more. The Honda van has been there maybe a month. They have too many cars for a single family and we on Plymouth are tired of the sight and having to drive around two "abandoned" vehicles. Thank you for your help with this matter.

There is water that smells like sewage bubbling up out of the drainage pipes. I've seen it literally bubbling up as if under pressure so I believe it comes from some kind of underground pipe but I can't be sure. The area is always wet as a result and smells.
